Total knee replacement Surgery

You can't walk like you used to. The dog has trouble walking, climbing stairs, or getting up from a chair. You've tried medications, injections, and physical therapy. Nothing seems to work. If so, it may be time to consider knee replacement surgery and if you choose to have knee replacement surgery, you should also be aware of the types of surgery that your Surgeon surgery can do. There are 5 main types of knee replacement surgery. 1. Total knee replacement: This is the most common form. Your surgeon will replace the surfaces of the femur and shin-bones that connect the knees. 2. Revision knee replacement: This procedure may be necessary if you have very severe arthritis or if you have already had two or three knee replacement surgeries. 3.
